Five moments from one week, and what Travio takes off your plate in each.

  1. Monday, 7 am

    Your week is already sorted

    Travio emails you what's due in the next two weeks: invoices, discount deadlines, defects and reminders. Open the app and the overview shows what needs you first.

  2. Tuesday

    Receipts filed on the spot

    You photograph the delivery note on site and it lands in the project. Your mum, invited as a member, uploads her hardware-store receipt and marks it "needs reimbursement". Open reimbursements collect in your overview.

  3. Wednesday

    A crack, documented with proof

    Three photos, pins on the exact spots, a deadline for the company. Travio turns it into a defect report PDF and tracks the status until the crack is fixed.

  4. Saturday

    Budget check over coffee

    Spending per trade against plan, at a glance. Travio flags a trade once it reaches 80% of its budget. And one discount ends on Tuesday: you pay today and keep the 2%.

    Diary done, next week planned

    You fill in the weekly diary from a template, with this week's photos right next to it. Then you plan your helpers' shifts and print the schedule for the site.

Invoice capture

Snap it instead of typing it.

Travio reads company, amount, date, invoice number and discount terms from your photo or PDF. You check each field and save. If something can't be read, you type it in yourself: your upload never waits for the AI.

  • Discount deadlines found, with reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before.
  • Warranty terms pre-filled. The register reminds you before they run out.
  • The AI runs on our own server. Your documents never go to an outside AI service.

Yes, anytime. Project owners download all invoices, photos and documents as a ZIP archive. No questions asked, no waiting.

Travio runs on servers in Helsinki, Finland, and is GDPR-compliant. Every connection is encrypted. Your data only goes to the service providers listed in the privacy policy, for example to send emails.

Yes, Travio is built mobile-first. Snap invoices, document defects, check schedules. All from your phone, no app install required.

A formal written notice telling a company to remedy defects. Travio builds the PDF with photo evidence, ready to send.
