Sunday evening, before the week

  1. Plan helper shifts for the week

    You assign your helpers' shifts in the weekly calendar and print the Gantt plan. It's on the foreman's table Monday morning.

  2. Reminder set: screed quote

    You add a reminder with a Wednesday deadline. It waits at the top of your inbox on the day.

Monday morning

  1. Weekly overview in your inbox

    Monday at 07:00: Travio emails a summary of open tasks, due invoices and reminders for the week ahead.

  2. Material delivery arrives

    You photograph the delivery note on site. Travio files it under the project, ready to cross-check against the invoice.

  3. Mum runs an errand

    Invited as a Participant, she photographs the receipt in the app and flags it "needs reimbursement". Travio collects open reimbursements in your inbox.

  1. Inbox: screed decision due today

    You open the app in the morning. Top of the inbox: the reminder is due. You call the floor layer and give the green light.

  2. Crack found in the foundation

    You take three photos on site. In the app you create a defect and mark the spots on the photo.
